Am I still pregnant????

I have recently had clots and blood but I went to the hospital and they said I'm still pregnant so I did a test the day after it come back pregnant 3+weeks still so I did one yesterday which is 3 days after clots and it is still saying  3+ pregnant on a clear blue. Still blood but not half as much, 

So do I keep being excited for my baby or do I prepair myself to know ive lost it? 

Need advice massively. 

I have a scan on 31st March but going out of my mind
