3 positive tests and now I'm bleeding

I was 9 days late so I thought I should take a test, i took the first one in the evening and it was positive and the second one wasn't. I then got the clear blue early pregnancy tests and both were positive the next morning. I booked a doctors appointment and that day I began bleeding. I've got cramps but they just seem like normal period cramps, doctor said to take another test in a few days any advice?
