Mc af then spotting

hi there, just wondered if anyone else ever had this happen... I sadly had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago, last week I finished my first period since it happened, today I feel really awful I have headache feel sick and just I’ll in general and I seem to be spotting every time I wipe! Nothing heavy just light! Just want d some advice really x
