Please help!!!

hello, I’m so confused and I’m going out my mind here. I got a positive pregnant test on Monday evening, Wednesday late at night I got super light bleeding. Woke up Thursday and it had got heavier but nothing to fill a pad at all just a couple spot, was dark when I wiped. friday is stopped and now I just have real light pink blood only on the tissue not on pad pants or towel after a shower and my wee is normal colour no blood. Is this spotting or is this a miscarriage because I didn’t have any of this with my first two losses.
