I think I might have had a miscarriage? TMI Pictures

i have regular periods. I started off light pink and then it went to a dark red color. that went on for about three days. I  tried this water test to see if it was just a clot because earlier today I had red stringy thing when I wiped. I would of been almost 4 weeks pregnant I couldnt find any info about it online?? I’m going to the clinic tomorrow to make sure I’m okay. I have lower back pain and cramping on and off the last couple days. With some dizziness for the last 5.
