confused

hi was just wondering if anyone has been through anything similar to me. i had a lot of abnormal bleeding, every two weeks instead of a period every month i didnt think anything of it. i took a clear blue and found out i was 3-4 weeks pregnant. two weeks ago i bled heavily and passed big clots i thought i had miscarried, i was advised to take a test two weeks after so i took one yesterday and its still two bold lines saying pregnant. im still having all symptoms and really tired. got a scan on tuesday but dont know what to expect and im bad for worrying? i will be around 9 weeks next week. tia
