Delayed miscarriage

From my last period i would say im about 6 weeks anf 5 days now i had a early scan last week they couldnt find a heartbeat but they was saying im 7 weeks i wanted a second opinion as i didn't have a good experience there yesterday i went back they still couldnt find a heartbeat but the baby measures at 5mm roughly ive had no signs of a miscarriage just pain in my stomach but i thought that was normal has any been in the same boat as me? As i dont know what to do next i need help i feel trapped
