I need answers

so June 4th I was supposed to start didn’t realize I hadn’t until the 6th so I tested it was very faint so I waited and trsted again it was positive. The next day or so I was hurting and went to the urgent care and they sent me to the er to check for an etopic pregnancy they said I wasn’t having one but the ultrasound couldn’t see anything cuz I could be too early or I could have lost it just to keep testing and see if the lines get littghter which they have been now today when I woke up  I went pee and wiped there was a pink tint to the toilet paper now I’m spotting and my discharge is pink too what is happening did I loose it am I loosing it
