Not sure?

Hi.

I had a confirmed mc on the 28th of May 18. I had only passed 2 small blood clots but my hormone levels had dropped to 49. I told the epu and the doctors but they didn't say anything about it. Since then my womb had still felt hard and still does now at 6 weeks 6 days. I had taken a test on the 6th of July 18 and it had came back with a light positive and did another one today 7th July and it's come back stronger. I don't know what it is. This will be my 3rd pregnancy but I've had 2 miscarriages. I'm going to make an appointment to see my gp on Monday to confirm it as I don't want to get to excited just in case I'm not pregnant. 

Is there any advise that can be given?
