What's going on?! Testing negative, and now a positive after miscarriage

Hi everyone!
So I'll jump straight in ... I miscarried at 6 weeks and 2 days, my bleeding lasted for 7 days. I was told to take a test to confirm the negative 2 weeks after (like normal) ... I got impatient (wanted it over with) and tested after a week, it was negative ...
Now, in 2 days I will be exactly 4 weeks from when bleeding started and today I tested positive?!
EPU said it could have been a false negative & still have hcg so I have to wait a week to retest ... my mind is going crazy! Anyone please calm me down??
