Spotting 9 weeks

Hi all super scared almost 10 weeks pregnant had spotting for 3 days on and off went to the hospital the baby had a heart beat i have no cramping just really scared i have lost 5 babies before

Sometimes bleeding is fine. Have you had an intercourse prior bleeding?
