Missed Miscarriage

ive been told my baby died at 6 weeks , but the pregnancy sack was still growing till 8 weeks. I would now be 11 weeks pregnant but nothing is happening yet. No spotting , no bleeding , just some mild cramps that go away. I chose to wait for it to happen naturally , but how long can it last before it starts? I’m paranoid that my body still didn’t realise the baby is dead and doesn’t want to pass it out naturally . It’s killing me each time I go toilet looking if there’s any blood etc. Has anyone had a similar situation where they chose to wait but nothing happened for a long time? How long can I expect to wait ?
