HCG levels

Hi there , 

I hope you can help, 

I was 6 weeks pregnant ( 4 weeks ago ). I had some bleeding , no clots so I had a blood test at the hospital to confirm if everything was ok. 
After several blood tests my hormone level had dropped which they’ve said is a miscarriage. 

Im now 4 weeks later and my HCG level is still 29. 

Has as anyone else had this ?
