Pregnant after miscarriage

So I miscarried the end of may then thought I had another the month after but came to realise and was reassured by the docs that it was my period to which i was relived but I'm due on Wednesday the 4th but my boobs are sooooooo sore and my lower back aches and I did a 1st response this afternoon to which I hit this result 🥰 this to me looks very positive where as I've only had faint lines in the past with the miscarry!!!
