Pain around ovulation since miscarriage

Hi everyone, need some shared stories advice etc had a miscarriage at the end of June was 6 weeks pregnant, first miscarriage I've had and since then have had sharp shooting pains on and off around right hip which take my breath away, mentioned it to gp doesn't seem very concerned, also noticed now iv had a couple of cycles that I have stomach pain around possible ovulation time and sex is very tender and can be painful around ovulation also.... Iv not been able to get pregnant since the miscarriage even though we have been having sex, I'm worried there may be a issue somewhere which my gp isn't paying attention to. Xx
