Is this a miscarriage ??
A week ago I had taken a test and it came back faint positive Iv had most of all the symptoms . I started spotting a week ago and it’s been like that til now yesterday I was cramping more than usual and about 4 this morning I woke up to this . Please help I don’t know what this could be. 0
