Getting pregnant after miscarriage

So I had a very early miscarriage about 4 weeks ago and unsure if ovulated after it but had smiley flashing faces about a week after , never saw a static one but ran out of tests. Unsure when period is due and if I'll get one yet. Could I be pregnant again so soon? So confused!
