Anyone experience on period since mc?

I had a mc 4 weeks ago and wondered if anyone has any experiences of period after and when it will arrive. I was 5 and half weeks and after bleeding stopped we continued as normal so unsure if could be pg again and when would show on test as BFNs so far . Thanks
