How long did it take most of you girls hCG levels to go down after a miscarriage? My levels were 48,000 at eight weeks the day after a miscarriage they were 32. Was just curious when they would go down completely so I can start trying again

For some women it will be few days, for some weeks.. Its hard to predict

If it dropped so fast it's likely it will be fast to go to negative. Test with hpt when bleeding stop.
