I don’t know if I am having miscarriage tmi pics graphic.

I had a little girl just over four months ago and got the depo injection on the 30th of December 2019 but started spotting two/three days ago then this came out on my tampon the other night. I don’t know if I am miscarrying or not. I haven’t took a pregnancy test but had the same symptoms I had with my little girl when I was pregnant with her but I don’t know if the woman did my depo in the right place either so I don’t know if it worked or not.
