Am I having a miscarrage

A little back story my last period started on February 23. Based off that I should be around 7 weeks pregnant. I went to the doctor on Wednesday 4-15-20. They did a transvaginal ultra sound and told me they did not see anything, I started spotting that day Thursday it was a dark red and a used a pad and then Friday, Saturday and Sunday it had been varying colors a light red a then a light brown, but I have some clots that have come out to. They look more airy than clumpy.  I took another urine test on Saturday and it still showed positive. Has anyone else had something like this?
