Bleeding chemical miscarriage

Hey , I tested positive on the 11th April then on the Monday around 5am I woke up with bad cramps and period like bleeding this lasted around 2 and half days! I took another test when bleeding stopped for a darker line than the other ones so phoned doctors told me to keep an eye on bleed and test again a week after bleeding stopped tested again this morning with a clear blue and it said ‘not pregnant’ I’m assuming I’ve miscarried do I need to phone doc or just leave it now I know? Thanks x
