Blood clot or miscarriage (warning graphic pics)

My “period” came and I had some of the worst cramps of my life I couldn’t move they hurt so bad I felt like I was dying I was having more clots then usual but I ignored it but today I got some big ones and I’m wondering if it’s just blood clots or a miscarriage I’ll insert a pic of one of the clot
