Chemical pregnancy?

I expelled a huge clot with my normal period time and a few More small ones. I had cramps that felt like squeezing which I normally do not have and have never had a clot that size . I did see my OB and he said it looks like a miscarriage . I did not take any tests as I didn’t think i was pregnant .!Any feedback on what you think ? I also Have a fibroid .. thanks
