I had a miscarriage am I pregnant

Hi everyone I’m new to this page. Last year I had a miscarriage when I was 10 week pregnant. Recently me and my partner have been trying again. I’m now 3 days late for my period. I’m bloated getting really bad headaches and needing to wee lots also feeling mite tired with cramps I took a pregnancy test last night around 10ish and it was negative
