Don't no if I've had a miscarriage.

On Friday I found out I was pregnant after my 2nd round of ivf, was so over the moon and I had a wedding that day too. On Saturday when I got home and went to the toilet their was fresh red blood on my pants. 2nd time I would to the toilet I have a red blood clot, I never took a picture as I was in shock and never looked at it properly as my partner was there. Then after a few times I had brown blood and had cramps. I called the fertility clinic today and they can't do a scan as I am only 5 weeks. I have to take a pregnancy test the end of the week. I'm going out of my mind right now and feel so drained with all of this.
