Light bleeding 6 weeks, what to expect?

Went to the Dr yesterday. Cervix is closed but bleeding increased from a couple light drops yesterday to light watery bleeding. It isn't a lot but I'm a bit worried. I realize a loss can't be prevented, but is it possible slinging 50 pounds here and there at work is the culprit? If it is a loss, will bleeding actually increase? I'm between 6 and 7 weeks.

  • Lifting weight over 5 lbs is not recommended. I had a heated argument with my husband and had a miscarriage at 6 weeks.
If bleeding has stopped nothing to worry about. In majority of cases it starts with red spots and then in 10ish hours it gets heavy that is when miscarriage begins. If your cervix is closed and no red heavy bleeding you are fine. Relax and don’t overthink as stress makes it worst.
