I have been following your story in ttc Im really sorry this has happened hun.
From my own experience I had a mmc in Jan at our 12 wk scan & found that af took ages to get back to normal, 2 months.
I then had a very early mc in June probably about 5wks same as you it was like a really heavy AF as soon as the bleeding stopped we started casually ttc again & I conceived the following month very unexpectedly.
I treated it like a heavy af & think that I ov'ed same as usual that month as I wasnt that far into the pg but it's up to how you feel as to when you decide.
Everyone across the forums are very supportive so were always here whenever your feeling down hun.
Lots of hugs to you xxxx
I replied to your post in 'trying for a baby'. Just wanted to say hi and that the girls in here are great and have always been supportive.
Sending you huge ((((( hugs )))))

I agree with you L&N on ttc said to me once that we never realise that it can be so difficult we spend half our lives trying not to get pg & then when we want it so badly some of us can have all the odds thrown at us!!
You spend this time letting yourself greive & having lots of cuddles with your oh & I think everyone would agree with me here when I say time is the greatest healer.

There is a positive to come out of this - you can conceive. I don't like how long you've been trying, but for me I found this really important and a comfort.
I only bled a little bit, but got proper AF a week later... so now on CD 6 and for me I want to get back on TTC, for others they like to wait a while until they feel ready, I think you just have to go with how you feel.
Take care, we're all here for you
