morning day sickness

any advice pllleeease

i have horrendous day sickness up unitl about tea time today been the worse i was in a car and wanted cry i felt so ill, this pregnancy im actually been sick on top of feeling sick... im super emotional and keep crying my kiddies think ive lost plot....

    I hope you're feeling better. Only advice I can offer is what works for me....eating little and often through the day (I find my nausea gets worse if im hungry) and ice lollys are a godsend at times. xx
