I got one of these carriers on Ebay but as it's used I don't have an instructions. Can anyone tell me when is about normal for you to put the baby in facing outwards? x

Hope this helps! I did exactly the same (Ebay) and so I actually wanted to know the answer to this. I'd just presumed it was as soon as they can support their own head/neck.
