Can't sleep

I am meant to be at work today but had to call in sick. I spent most of last night awake, just couldn't sleep at all and woke up this morning so tired I just couldn't face it (and I love my job!). I've also had a bit of an upset tummy and a really sore back.
Is anyone else suffering really disturbed sleep? It's happening to me about once a week but this is the first time I felt that I just couldn't get out of bed and go into the office.

I've felt knakered during the day but as soon as I get into bed it takes me 1-2hrs to drop off, my mind just races, or I can't get comfy or I'm too hot. I'd like to say things are going to get better with the sleep issue during the pregnancy but it is likely that you'll have the odd awkward night especially when in 3rd trimester. Don't worry only another 7mths for us to go LOL xjx
