Breast fed baby and bum rash...
Hi Girls,
My lil girl is now 15days old and has a rash on her bum. Its like little red lumps and she has sensitive skin so have just been using vaseline. I am trying to let her lie during the day without her nappy on at chnage times and hoping that her wee rash will clear. The rash isnt annoying her just looks red...is it just a breast fed baby thing??x

Are you still using cotton wool and water when you change her bum?
I think all babies get it at some point, it's probably just her bottom getting used to having a nappy on
