how stupid can you be?
My work colleague is a fire fighter and last week he got called out to an 18 month old that had her hand stuck in a shredder. Luckily the ambulance crew were already there when they arrived so it was already being dealt with. I was thinking how daft leaving a shedder within reach of a toddler but, well you know we'll probably already do something stupid at some point that may be a risk of accident and especially with kids being into everything. BUT no this woman was getting her 18 month old daughter to help her shred paper into an electric shredder!!! OMG how stupid can you be. I've heard that the child has mangled 1 finger and they don't think they can repair it. How devastating for that little girl. How lucky that it was only 1 finger and not her whole hand!
