Is anyone else under shared care?

in My baby was born in Feb 2013

Just wondering if anyone else has been put under consultant care as well as the midwife?

I was last time due to having cervical surgery but was released solely into midwife care after one appointment.

This time I'm under consultant care because I developed Pre-Eclampsia in my last pregnancy so I think I'll be under shared cared all the way through.

Have my first appointment this afternoon and I'm so nervous!

    I am too and I will see them at 20 weeks. I'm under a consultant because we had a bit of help x

    I am under shared care as I had a fibroid removed a few years ago. My appointment is 14th Sept.

    Lulu are you under Warrington? Who's your consultant?

    Me! Due to Avas condition, my previous heart condition, severe blood loss at last birth and op last year to remove pre cancerous cells from cervix!

    Well I got discharged into midwife care after one visit!!!

    She said that having pre-eclampsia didn't mean I would get it again and I've been prescribed aspirin and will need weekly bp monitoring from 36 weeks.
