Feel a bit annoyed today. We decided to buy a new stroller and decided on a Quinny Zapp, I saw it in Boots for 99.99 then checked with Mothercare that they price matched (read through the small print just to make sure). Got to the store only to be told they don't price match with Boots or Boots online.

I have just sent an email to customer services so will see what happens.

Also none of the staff smiled. But thats just me being picky



Anyway ordered it from Boots and got nearly ??14 of points. whoop!!

    i could be wrong but i think mothercares pricematch promise does state it excludes certain places??

    we also have a quinny zapp, we had one for dd1 and now have one for lizzie and we think they are great. we even went and got the travel bag for ??14 yesterday so we can take it on holiday tuesday,lol

    I hope you get some response from mothercare- which store did you go to?
