NN - how did you get on at Buggy Fit?
Natty Nik, I saw over on Baby that you were going to a Buggy Fit class. How was it? I started going to one last week, and we had our second one yesterday. It was only a small group but it was good fun and really good to get out. I have been a bit sore afterwards though, and I obviously haven't got my balance back yet as I kept falling over when we were doing some yoga. Sasha was really good though and slept through the whole thing.

It was so nice to chat to other mums too and we all went for a drink in the restaurant afterwards.
Unfortunately that class isn't continuing and the alternative places are too far to travel (that one was far enough - we have nothing out here in the sticks!) which is a real shame. I guess it'll just be back to the gym for me.
I'm a little achy today but nowhere near as bad as I was expecting!
