Breathlessness ???

Hey ladies and bumps, Is anyone else experiencing breathlessness? I find I get short of breath going up and down the stairs, especially if I am carrying my daughter. Also sitting at the table - i find I have to eat slowly to avoid suffocating!! image I am 10 weeks with my second so I wonder if it is my bump moving up??? Bambina Mia xx

    Hi, you're not the only one, I'm often short of breath after coming up the stairs or rushing somewhere. I don't know if it's the bump, would be too small now? I think it's my body trying to catch up with all the changes. xxx

    Sorry to g/c! The breathlessness does get worse I'm afraid. It's something to do with more blood being diverted to your uterus so heart works harder and you need more oxygen! I read somewhere it's like your body climbing a hill even at rest! Hope you all have a happy and healthy 9 months. Lu xx
