Cysts!!!

Gosh I am posting a few threads today!!!
Right here goes... at my 7 week scan it showed my ovaries were normal. At my 9 week scan it showed a 3.1cm cysts (it totally freaked me out!).
They said this can be normal what with the pregnancy hormones.
I have my offical scan with the NHS in Sheffield next week and I havent mentioned my private scans to my MW yet as sometimes they can cancel your NHS one.
When I get there I am intrigued if my cycst is bigger or gone? If its bigger I will have to confess my other scans and say that I didnt have it at 7 weeks but did at 9 weeks.
Has anyone else had this?
I am so scared.... i did the very naughty thing and googled and it says if it gets bigger they may have to operate around 15 weeks!!!
I am so worked up over it, im terrified it will hurt the baby...
Anyone offer any advice???

Goodluck I have my 12 week next Monday although I will be nearly 13 weeks by then!
