back pain on a night?
Hiya everyone...
Me... again! On a night for about 2 weeks I have back pain, it feels like a trapped muscle, it hurts to move, once i move it goes and I am fine but whilst I am laid down and have to move it locks up and hurts to move.
Is this "normal"?
Is anyone else having this?

Hope you feel better soon as it's horrid to be in pain especially when it affects your sleep.
