Advice please

Hi guys, just after a little advice if anyone can help, i,m currently 8 weeks pregnent i think!!!! little unsire about dates, but during the past week i have had very light bleeding first thing in the morning but nothing else during the rest if the day/evening i went to my Dr's who said it was nothing to worry about maybe a tear in my placenta and sent me for a bloodtest, had my bloodtest yesterday afternoon and got a call to go and see the doctor for a general appointment which isn't until tomorrow morning i was told it was nothing urgent, but as you can imagine i'm thinking allsorts, has anyone else been through tthe same, what could my blood tests show that my doctor wants to see me again??
