Eggs

Hi all



I know we can't eat raw eggs, but is it OK to eat quiches, pancakes, meatballs, cake etc as these all have eggs in them but I assume because you cook them they will be OK? Sorry if it is a dumb question!!

    i believe soft boiled eggs are a no-no, but if you hard boil it or cook it its absolutely fine.

    Yeah, you can eat egg as long as you cook it. Also avoid home cooked mayo as they sometimes contain raw egg. xx

    we had quiche for christmas and it was yummy image anything with cooked eggs is fine as far as i know. ive been trying not to drive myself too crazy with watching the food except for the common sense stuff like uncooked eggs and unpasteurized milk products etc. im happy if i have an appetite.
