Iv bumped the uploading pics thread for u - hope this helps
As for your avetar you have to have a pic with really low mega pixels for it to work. I copied my pic over to photobucket - changing the setting to tiny first. then copied that back to my pictures. Then wen u go to your profile and upload it - it should work fine. xx
