ouch!

I have hurt my back

Emily woke at 2am and as I got out of bed i tripped over the bloody dog! I managed to stop myself falling but must have twisted something. I was ok at the time and just went back to bed after sorting her out. It was only when i woke up this morning that i am in pain.

pointless post but I need to have a whinge! - the kids dont care!

ouch hope it gets better soon. I broke my toe few weeks ago I dropped calebs chair on it. I swear it was actually black but no point in going to the hospital as the dont carre just took some of my painkillers I had left over from the section xxx
