Pains at top of stomach?

This morning I've just started with pains at the top of my stomach. I'm thinking they're hunger pains as I went without breakfast and when I ate something just now they started to wear off a bit. Has anyone else had it? Its just below my breast bone in the middle and also the middle of my bump and I feel it when I breathe in?? Sounds like indigestion but I hadnt eaten anything!

ive not got pains, just an all over ache and also im so breathless from the uterus shoving my organs up into my chest, have to catch my breath alot which is painful occassionally.

Trapped wind maybe? I've had it loads this pregnancy, it often starts high up too. Sometimes I wake up with it and it makes me grumpy for the rest of the day.

I think it was hunger pains because I was so hungry and was rushing about at work. They eased off once I'd eaten something.
