i'm sure i can feel movement

am i going mad? i am only just 7 weeks pregnant but i am sure i can feel something giong on inside.  does anyone else have this? am i just imagining this?  with my first pregnancy i dont remember feeling anything until about 16 weeks so this is very weird.

    I'm just ova 9 weeks and can def feel flutters, but only when I lie really still and I'm really calm, and I have to be lay in the recovery position (iv always slept in this position) its only been ova the last couple of days tho.

    Flutters yes, but as it is likely to be the size of a raspberry, I would suspect it is not movement, but your uterus and placenta getting going into pregnancy mode!

    I could of course be wrong!

    When you have had a pregnancy previous you feel the movements a lot quicker and earlier the more you have al the amount of weeks you are tho I doubt it's ur baby you can feel.
