How do i add ticker ladies?

Hi ladies how do i add a ticker iv gone on to lilypie but dont know what do from there,someone help please

Ok go onto the lillypie website http://lilypie.com/ and click on the maternity&pregnancy icon, chose between the two types they have. One tells you days and weeks the other tells you days and weeks and what the baby is doing at that stage. Pick full size ticker and then follow the steps through. When you have completed your due date it will ask you to pick which link is required. go on PseudoHTML and copy the link it gives you and put it on your signature which will be on your profile bit of BE.
