diarrhea and worried :(

hi this is my second pregnancy and woke up at 4 this morning with tummy cramps then it went off but when i got up this morning at 7am i had to run to the toilet with diarrhea iv had it twice this morning iv tried to ring my midwife but without success i just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this im not being sick with it just normal morning sickness and im 11 weeks xxxxx
