HELP WITH TEA
I need some help with ideas for tea.
DS really doesn't eat much tea. He won't eat anything like a sandwich and at the moment, he seems to have the same thing everyday, rice cakes, soft oaty bars, organix crisps, humzinger, yoghurt - but I think he must be bored of all that as he just throws it on the floor now.
I'm thinking maybe he doesn't like "finger foods" as at lunch time - he just pushes his bowl away when he is finished. So can anyone give my any ideas for a "light" tea that can be eaten off a spoon/fork.
Thanks

He also likes baked potato with beans.
Both quite light I think, he has them at lunchtime usually.
melted cheese on toast, croissants filled with ham or jam, soup with bit of bread mushed in helps to thicken it up so can feed himself, finger rolls. Have done pitta bread aswell.
