Right here we are!



weight loss thread for the bio!



I'll need your target weight loss and a time in which you want to do it in and a day that you're going to weigh in.



If you're following a weight loss program can u let me know that too so that if others are doing the same you'll know who can help you if I can't!



I'll start and I'll collate the progress on a weekly basis!

    Ooh I was coming on here to do this, you beat me to it pyro! I'm starting my diet tomorrow after a depressing couple of days sales shopping and feeling crap in front of those changing room mirrors *shudder*



    Plumduff:

    weigh in day: Friday

    loss/ by when: a stone by hubbys birthday (30th march) to get back to my pre preg weight but want to lose another half stone by summer though not too worried if this doesn't happen.

    Weigh in day - Monday morning

    Weight Lose - 28lbs and a bit more if possible - 7lb

    Target - Monday 4th April 2011

    Starting on Monday and aiming to exercise every day.



    I am really looking forward to this and trying out some new SW recipes x x x

    Just a thought - when I dieted last time (for my wedding) I found that taking measurements (bust, chest, waist, thighs etc) was also REALLY encouraging, some weeks I wouldn't lose much weight but the inches were falling off!



    AND.....there's a Weight Watchers app for the iPhone.



    I've actually already started to try to watch what I'm eating and earlier had an apple instead of a chocolate!! Check me out!image

    what I'll do on a weekly basis is make a new thread and change what you've got to lose by how much you lost the previous week.



    eg

    this week

    pyrowall (thurs) 21lb by 1/4/11



    next week

    pyrowall (thurs) 20lb by 1/4/11 (-1lb)

    Hey Beth, just a suggestion but could we keep the same thread going instead of starting new ones every week, I did this with a bunch of girls on the You and Your Wedding site and found it was handy to look back over past posts.

    Weight Lose - 15lbs (was 14 but my wii fit advises me i have gained since boxing day,lol)

    Target - 3rd of april

    Starting on 3rd january.

    Weight in day: Monday Morning

    Weight to Lose: 15 pounds (might change this when I see how much I weigh on Monday! I'd like to lose 20 pounds overall.)

    Target date: March 4 (my birthday)

    Well my diet is going brilliantly- tea and biscuits for breakfast! :roll: the only thing i'll say in my defence is that we were given so much crap (chocolate, sweets etc) for christmas we can't even hide them all away there's no room anywhere! I nearly took a photo of the pile it's just obscene. Whenever I go into the kitchen it just stares at me and I have no willpower :cry:

    Right. who is eating everything they possible can tonight ??? Im still munching through the roses and we food we have burgers chips and hotdogs......



    The diet begins Tomorrow...I'll do my 1st weight in (normally on a Monday)
