  Course not hun, with being back in work I haven't had a chance to do it and didn't want to ask someone else as I feel like I was letting you all down but thank you for doing it xx

  I am so shattered and it seems to have gotten worse since I got my official EDD from the GP...psychosomatic maybe but I still feel wrecked!
  
  
  
  I hope work isn't too bad for you sweetie. You must take it easy and try to keep moving your neck regularly but gently to avoid it seizing up.
  
  I had a coach crash when I was 15 anf initially felt fine but over 3 days my neck seized up totally - physios told me its because it hurts and you want to protect it but its the worst thing to stop moving.
  
  
  
  Hopefully you will feel better in a day or so but do look after yourself and rest up. xx

  Sure. You need to find a ticker website such as lilypie which I have used. If you click on my ticker it will take you to the site where it is a step by step process to build your own.
  
  
  
  The copy the ticker code for forums/message boards (on lilypie it is the third one along, not html or bb).
  
  
  
  You need to paste the code into your profile on here. To get to your profile in the top right hand corner you should see your name eg. ' hi TulipRose'. CLick on the name and it takes you to your profile.
  
  
  
  Then there is a field for signature. Paste the ticker code in there, scroll down and re-enter your password and click save.
  
  You can look at any of your existing posts to check if the ticker now appears.
